This website is operated by Algorithm Overland LLC (“we”, “us”), the maker of the AO:RigFit app. This policy covers this website only; the AO:RigFit app has its own privacy details on its App Store page.
Workshop chat. If you use the chat, we process the messages you type in order to answer them. Messages are sent to an AI service to generate replies and are stored with your chat session. To prevent abuse, we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting — the raw IP address is not stored.
Email. Only if you type it into the chat’s email box. We use it to follow up about RIG44 and product updates. Nothing is collected silently.
No trackers. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers.
Chat records and emails are stored with our database provider (Supabase) on infrastructure in the United States, and are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the service.
We share data only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, AI processing) and only to operate it. We do not sell personal information.
